अगर दो व्यक्ति एक ही कम्पनी में समान अवधि या 29 साल तक काम करते हैं, और एक साथ ही vrs ले लेते हैं, सिर्फ उम्र एक की 50,,और दूसरे की 57 हो तो क्या दोनों में पेंशन की रकम में फर्क होगा ? अगर होता है तो क्यों ?
सरजी अगर Retirement से सिर्फ 1 साल पहले VRS ले तो Gratuity, Pension और PF मे क्या Effect हो सकता है, 1987 कि Joining हे और june 2023 Retirement थी लेकिन September 2022 को VRS approval हो गया है!…… आपका Opinion दिजिए सर!
