劇情簡介：
張三豐太極十三式名震江湖，武林群雄雲集武當，沐駙馬乘亂騙去前朝成吉思汗賜予武當的「薛禪金刀」，因相傳金刀中秘藏有藏寶圖。另一方面，西域女子十二樂坊欺人太甚，迫得已然雲遊的三豐再度出手，力挫來敵以保武當顏面。在河南少林寺，張無極、韓義山，兩少年齊來投考見習武僧落選，卻被草蜢等高僧看中，著他們上武當山混入全真教，以圖查探張三豐武當武術的不敗之謎。鄂王郡主朱婉刁蠻任性，擅闖漢密哈頓深山，遇上傳聞中的神農架野人越嶺出現。
危急中，無極勇救郡主，野人認得無極時常餵飼他食物，遂不加害。郡主飽受虛驚之後，對無極動了真情。其實，無極只鐘情武當山下的女鑄劍師冷月彤，但月彤卻喜歡江湖浪子殺破狼。郡主基於妒意，故意以鄂王府名義找冷月彤鑄劍，乘機諸多挑剔，加上義山妒忌無極，由此招來幾許誤會，洐生多少英雄氣短，兒女情長。
