Could consider a plan to pull out of your IRA over time, transfer to other assets and improve your flexibility and likely side step higher future taxes, definitely requires some planning and not for everyone.

Can't plant potatoes here yet. But plan on doing 100 pounds of seed potatoes. I also have about 500 pounds of fertilizer. Over 400 pounds is hydroponic fertilizers.
I live very close to where the fire in Idaho happened,, there was an engine failure in that little plane,, this particular accident was just that,, nothing nefarious. The whole community is in total shock, I live in Idahofalls and this lady and her husband left behind 4 small children without parents at all. However our weather is so weird and many farmers aren't really planting and our alfalfa prices are really bad as Idaho is in a serious drought!! I've lived in this State for over 25 years and this last winter we didn't even need to plow our driveway. No need to breakout the snowblower even once. It was light and fluffy no water content at all. The birds really never left and it's still colder than usual and tomorrow we have snow again.,, Hopefully nothing freezes, but it's hard to wake up the fruit trees and plant, because we are still getting snow and weird freezing temps. We should be in the upper 60's into the 70's ,our furnace is still kicking on in the morning…..by the way potatoes will be much higher, diesel and fertilizer is killing us, I paid double what I did two months ago for two string 80 pound bails of hay,, and it's not even the first cut yet.
