I work in a hospital and we have 403B. I contribute 4% and my employer contributes 2%. It's free money plus it lowers my tax note.
I don't plan on retiring and i just look at this as a secondary savings acct.
Then you should make another vid to explain those 3 types of 403b instead of saying it is bad news
