Hello Mark, I like your strategy on paying the kids. I am trying to implement the family management company, however I live in the wonderful state of CA with the standard deduction of $4803, in that case do I issue a 1099 from the management company for 12K to one of the kids under 18, and file the a federal and state returns, even though the federal return should be 0.
