Maybe I'm confused because you went really fast, but you named 4 reasons why you wouldn't qualify to use a Roth IRA (which would obviously lead someone to use a backdoor Roth) and you named 2 reasons why you should contribute to both a Roth IRA AND a Traditional IRA to stay below a particular tax bracket to save on taxes. Overall a fairly clickbaity title my man.

You should have prefaced this by saying "Hey if you make under the income limit of 140k to contribute to a Roth IRA, you can skip my video" because that's all I got out of this.

For a 23 year old with no kids, this is irrelevant lol.

This isn’t the IRA I was looking for.

So basically it's bad for millionaires.. cool. No one cares bro I bust my ass and bring in like 50k a year, fuck with me

I have put money in both types of IRA. I have needed to make penality free withdraws of some of my ROTH IRA contributions before. I adjusted my 401K from 10% to 50% of gross pay, a few days ago. Due to the limits of IRA's and HSA's. With overtime for last 12 weeks of shrimp season, it will add up to around 6K.
