    Yep. I’m an idiot. Having not done my own research I listened to status quo that “bonds are the safe investment.” About a year ago I put a fortunately small amount of money into a muni bond to “protect” it and it is as of today down over 16% IF I could even find a buyer. It looks like I’m riding this out to 2.2% gains, boys. This along with one or two other things I wish I would’ve known have driven me to independently study finance and develop my own way. It too will likely fail.
