I heard that Adobe will be acquiring Figma for $20B, a mixture of half cash and half stocks.
I checked their BS, and they have treasury stocks worth of about $22B.
Does this mean that Adobe do not have to issue any stock to finance the deal?
OR would it be necessary for them to issue new stocks?
Will be waiting for your help!

The treasury shares available aren’t counted in the float until issued so they don’t have to announce it since it’s been announced cash and stock. Will drive the price down with more shares coming into supply
