The Default Fund
If you don’t actively go in and change what your TSP is invested in, your TSP will just be invested in a default fund. If you enrolled in the TSP before September 5 2015, your TSP was automatically invested in the G fund. If you enrolled after that date you were invested in the L fund. These default funds may not match your risk profile or investment timeline so make sure to adjust it according to your needs….(read more)
