   Unless you talked with her about different investing strategies and she specifically asked you to go with such a risky route, you should be really ashamed of yourself. Gambling away your sisters money like this is no joke.

   If a relative asked me to invest their money my first instinct would be to play it extra safe, eg buy ETFs or stocks of big stable companies to hold long term.

    You seem so glib about it all in the comments. I would feel really horrible losing someone I love’s money doing obviously extremely risky behavior. You almost seem to find it all a game and pretty funny. I can’t imagine doing what you did, and I am glad I don’t have any family members “help” me the way you did for your sister. I feel sorry for her. I’m sure you’ll take it all in stride and laugh it off, but I just wanted you to know you are a POS, thanks.
