Thank you sooo much for addressing a Civil Servant retirement. There is vey little out there on this topic… . A combination of pension and deferred compensation plan for instance, brings it's own set of (good) tax problems, not to mention the implications for SS. Thank you again.

Every investor will always tell you that there's no better time to invest in the financial market. I've been into stock trade for quite a while now, and I must say it really goes with loss without the right approach and strategy. I have gotten to the point where I understand that strategy is a key element of a long term successful trading. You can keep making wins at the beginning of a period and later, you start making losses toward the end of the trading period or even halfway. This results from little or no attention to the need for sustenance and consistency with the prevailing market structure. I've earned about $28,150 so far this month trading with Mr. Carlos Beckham strategies and working with his trading signals. You may never find it easy trading on your own. If you are tired of losing so much money, I recommend you contact him via Whatsapp; +15735988454. He's a genius trader

Why not stay in the tsp ? It’s cheaper. And boring no need to change the wheels? I know it’s limited but so is the the S&P 500 vs the C fund .

It can’t be cool. Every year is “the hottest summer on record”. We should be at 200 degrees by next year if we listen to the media.

just watched your video and i wanna talk about something that you said that i have been having serious analysis paralysis about. in your video you said that this guy should or does have 70% in s&p and 30% in small cap. ive been having serious analysis paralysis about how i should weight my funds. after i get done saving my emergency fund, i want to open a roth ira and hold a couple vanguard funds. specifically i want to hold a large cap index, mid cap index and small cap index. i cant decide how i should allocate. im 30 years old, going to be maxing out $6,000 a yr, good tolerance for risk and im looking to GROW. would a 50% large cap, 25% mid cap, 25% small cap be good? any advice would help.

Josh, in general, how are you encouraging the conversion people to pay for the taxes? Just using the TSP funds to pay for the liability?

It doesn't get more simple than ramen noodles and spam.

Depends on the kid, but 35 sounds like a safer/more responsible age than 25.
