    Did they have you fill out a risk assessment. If you want to keep options enabled you have to check high risk most aggressive on every option. Anything other than that and they won’t even let you have covered calls. I have no idea why things are this way. Cash covered puts and covered calls can be used to reduce volatility but for some reason even doing that puts you into the highest risk category at any brokerage
