I would appreciate if people could stop making money on Real Estate. Because you know what would make home priced really go down???? People paying their own Mortgages.

Those two, Addison & Sam are cruising for a bruising. I'm surprised at Dr. Phil and his staff for putting such ill informed people on his show. Mortgage debt is NOT good debt. owning a rental property right now, with a mortgage is the WORST financial advice ever! The economy is in a complete collapse, layoffs are coming, businesses are closing and the housing market is sinking faster than the Titanic. Where is Size Orman when you need her the most? As people lose their jobs, they will not be able to pay rent. Can't those two youngin's' survive 6 months to a year without a tenant? Of course not. Then if they try to sell the rental house, it will be worth less than whatever they paid. Time to learn about bankruptcy laws. Thankfully they are young so they can recover. But can YOU?? Very bad advice. Very, very bad!

I have to admit, this subject means nothing to me because I don't make anywhere close to what you all make. I'm on disability that is below $1,000 a month. &, For now, I'm paying out a ton for gas driving my Mom to all of her appts (Drs, PT, etc). & As for vacationing, as the home-body type, I'm just hoping I can stay home for about 4 months (except church & payday) just to see if I can get bored! & Do things around home that I don't get to do otherwise while driving Mom around. There is no way I'm going to get a chance to save up the money for anything right now!
