That is not true because you can't keep up with inflation with the rents and the cost and taxes are increasing faster it is an liability talking about real hyperinflation at least 50% a month that is. Only gold silver and raw commodities like sugar wheat corn soy beans can be a good investment during a hyperinflation

So everyone should juts buy real estate ? How will there be innovation and progress and development then ? If all your money is sitting in a dead asset which does nothing beside giving a place to crash

Facts! Why the more someone waits to buy a house the more it costs! Once it’s bought you keep your expenses level and don’t have to think how much more will houses be later, been there done that! Onto the next thing in your life! Once a house is secured can live there forever meanwhile the values around you sky rocket, your expenses are fixed! Warren is 100% correct!

For real estate you Do have continuous maintenance.
You do have inflated local taxes.
    These two are wrong arguments.

This is true. However, pricing valuations right now are extremely high in the US and elsewhere worldwide and it's more likely that we'll see another real estate asset burst as opposed to hyperinflation although you can never be certain what will happen. I've got some of my portfolio in REITs, but I'm making sure they stay around 10% or even less of my total portfolio. Great for income portfolios, too! High inflation is definitely coming though, 5% in May, possibly more for June!
