   If I sell my investment property can I direct the proceeds to a self directed ira without paying capital gains? Hold the money in the ira until I find another investment property? I’m having a hard time with a 1031x because I cant secure another property.

   If I have two LLC's that do different kind of business, is it legal to have two self-directed IRA accounts, two self-directed Solo 401K? Thanks.

   Are you able to take a loan within your SDIRA using your crypto as collateral like in Blockfi, Nexos, Celsius etc. Can we use to buy more crypto or to take as distribution.

   thank you, also Im curious about your thoughts on collatoralized loans, both lending and taking out loans. Im looking at M1 finance for my full portfolio, and I already have a Celsius account for crypto. They look pretty safe and reasonable, but I dont understand why they arent more popular.
