CNBC’s Jim Cramer on Tuesday compiled a list of companies that benefit from inflation, suggesting investors look there for performance while price pressures weigh on other parts of the market.
“Don’t fall into the trap of thinking that the whole market will get wrecked by persistent inflation, except for the oils,” the “Mad Money” host said.
“We are now discovering there are vast swathes of the market that benefit from inflation,” which also includes the banks and currently parts of technology and large pharmaceuticals, Cramer said. “That’s a huge chunk of this market, unlike any combination I’ve ever seen. Plenty of winners out there if you just stop freaking out and start looking at the opportunities.”

Also, companies with lower debt-to ebidta, better terminal value if DCF is applicable, whose valuations are not highly affected by increasing discount rate, not needing constant capital borrowing in big amounts, being intermidiery rather than seller such as amazon who just mostly transacts between sellers and buyer, financial institutions (p/tangible book value) benefit from high rates, oil, gold, copper too, also those who have stable divident grouths and divident payout ratio is high and above 5%, then people won't dump them that easy if rates go up fast, partially because it's easy to see what they are getting – I put $100K, I am getting $5k a year from a big company as dividents, like divident discount model. I don't think recession will happen so that recession stocks like consumer stables can be "safe heaven" . Commodites are still undervalued, they have nowhere than to go up since are coming out of down cycle, delusional "solar will serve all energu needs" sentiment is going to be gone soon.
Do yourself a favor and do the opposite of what this guy says
