Sir, agar Disclipinery authority aur Offenent employees mil gaye ho aur inquiry ko planning se delay kar k weak bana rahe ho to complainant k pas kya remedy hai.
if disciplinary proceeding is contemplated/pending, will the official be allowed to appear in exam/interview for other service
Respected sir I Tippanna sadeppa Hanabaratti employee of Karnataka state financial Corporation retired on 30/4/2021 on superannuation when I was appointed I was on training period for six month Then Branch manager was extended training period for four months along with one minor employees the branch Manager was habitual wrong doer without any notice memo note also from management colluded with him not gibguven any opportunity to to explain in my case my fundamental right violated This was brought notice the managing Director before my three months before erluer it was brought to the notice of management they replied my extension of training period in the basis of confidential report who writes international and he was deciding caste basis he was took such actions on number of employees in the corporation during his service only on reservation candidate I sought gratuity and other benefits management not responding now I decided to go to Honourable High Court by filling written petition please comments&advise Thanking you sir
