Germany’s pension system consists of 3 different layers:
Level 2 is very similar to the 401k with employer match (at least partly).
Level 3 is like the (Roth) IRA that offers tax benefits in the payout phase.

hello great video, I am a little confused.
    1. Which could be the equivalent to Roth ira, basically, I want to pay the taxes for the money, and I want to use that money in Investments, money grows and grows tax-free?
    2. Can I manage this account by myself, for example, trading, stock, bonds, crypto, etc, or someone else has to do it?
    thank you!
