Wait, what about the "rule of 72(t)"? If you are no longer working for the employer that originally offered the 401k fund you can roll it into an IRA and then, following the RULE 72(t) of the IRS Code you can avoid the additional 10% tax penalty for making payments, the terms of which are laid out rather specifically and direct those funds into a WL policy with the intension of utilizing it as an infinite or family bank.
