Thank you for another great content! I have a question I am in my mid 40s and just opened a new ROTH IRA. This is what I came up with:

    VTI 50%

SCHD 15% (added for dividend purposes)
    VXUS 15%
REITs 10% (custom portfolio with about 1o reits)
    BND 10%

Please let me know what you think of this. Do I need SCHD/REITS? Allocation %? Thank you so much for all your videos!!!

I need to make up for time I haven’t been investing. I’m 42 and can retire in 8 years. What are the best high risk investments or ETF’s? I’m going to max it out each year.

So were to put bonds for older folks that have bonds? Individual account?

Great info. I like to keep my REITs in my traditional IRA because all money leaving a traditional IRA are taxed as ordinary income. I will most likely have my REITS in my ROTH as I convert the traditional accounts.
