Why buy the ETHE ETF which is up ~140% since Jan 1st who's share price is tied to Ethereum, when you can buy Ethereum which has had a value increase of ~370% since Jan 1st? The Ethereum ETF doesn't seem better able to protect against dips than the coin it's tied to (Ethereum) either, and you are just losing the opportunity to get 3x the gains.

Hi Ron – thanks very much for your very informative videos. I have been interested in constructing portfolios based on Strategies – either strategies provided by services like Muscular Portfolios, or MyPlanIQ. In addition I am attracted to strategies implemented via ETFs – earlier I was fascinated wth Long Short and Alternates. But recently I have come across 2 ETFs that were implemented for Managed Accounts – MSTB and MSVX. MSTB trades volatility to protect the SPX investment; while MSVX just trades volatility. I am considering 70%MSTB+30%MSVX as a possible strategy. These 2 seem outstanding. Would like your comments as well as perhaps a video on how small investors can hedge their portfolios (since Bonds seem to be risky too). I have interacted with the fund managers (Thompson Capital Management) – perhaps u could interview them for your show.
