With U.S. stocks under pressure amid rising interest rates and elevated levels of inflation, David McAlvany is bullish on investing in what he calls “real things” like infrastructure, natural resources, precious metals and specialty real estate. McAlvany says inflation may be here to stay, settling into a new range between five-to-seven-percent for several years, which is why he sees the most potential in hard assets.
