TSP Modernization, the new website and mobile application along with the new record keeping, security, and admin has caused the expense ratio to increase. Meanwhile, Fidelity has the best infrastructure in my opinion and does now compete on cost with Zero funds. But my core in my IRA is FXNAX just as G in my TSP. Stupid is as stupid does.
The TSP allows you to take withdrawals at 55 if you retire without a penalty. The only weakness I see with the TSP is you are not allowed to dictate your withdrawals in retirement.
