Let me give you a tip if yo bird fly away when you get it out the cage best eay to catch it without grabing it(if you grab it you will lose you trust) turn off all lights and blind the use your phone for the flashlight and put it near its cage then it will kbow its bedtime and find it way in then immediatly close the cage
I dont get how people can get there birds trust! I do sessions with mine every day. Which is I put my hand in the cage for 5 minutes, not moving at all. Then when he gets used to it I get some treats and he eats from my hand most of the time. Then the next it's like he has a reboot over night!! Everyday I restart with him and it's been going on for over a month!! Can anyone help me??

It's SOOO rewarding when you earn a birds (or any animals) trust. My old bird used to be super scared of me. And then obsessed with cuddles and attention from guests.

1st step: Do the impossible
If you have a bird eating out of your hand it's not scared of you. And if you have a biter you can't do that.
I gave my bird 2 FRICKING years to adopt to me and his home and nothing changed I tried EVERY SINGLE WAY to train him
Nothing ever worked
I think I might just give up at this point man I don't even know why I bought a bird
oh yes first step to taming a budgie is to magically have it eat from ur hand very helpful dumbass
