In recent years, the far-right movement in Germany has been experiencing a resurgence, raising concerns among many about the implications of this trend. The rise of far-right groups and parties in the country has been fueled by a number of factors, including fears over immigration, dissatisfaction with mainstream politics, and a desire for national identity and sovereignty.
One of the key drivers of the far-right resurgence in Germany has been the immigration crisis that began in 2015. The influx of refugees and migrants fleeing conflict in the Middle East and North Africa sparked fears among some Germans about the impact of refugees on their communities and the country as a whole. This fear has been exploited by far-right groups, who have used anti-immigrant rhetoric to rally support for their cause.
In addition to immigration, dissatisfaction with mainstream politics has also played a role in the rise of the far right in Germany. Many Germans feel disillusioned with the traditional political parties and their inability to address issues such as economic inequality, social welfare, and rising crime rates. This disillusionment has created an opening for far-right parties and movements, who promise to address these issues in a more decisive and uncompromising manner.
Furthermore, the far-right resurgence in Germany can also be attributed to a growing sense of national identity and pride. In the aftermath of World War II, Germany underwent a process of denazification and sought to distance itself from its Nazi past. However, some Germans now feel that their national identity has been eroded by globalization and European integration, leading them to embrace far-right ideologies that emphasize the importance of German culture and sovereignty.
The resurgence of the far right in Germany is a cause for concern, as it threatens the country’s democratic values and social cohesion. Far-right groups have been linked to acts of violence and extremism, including the deadly attacks on immigrants and minorities in recent years. The rise of the far right also poses a challenge to Germany’s commitment to multiculturalism and tolerance, as these groups seek to promote a narrow and exclusionary vision of society.
In response to the far-right resurgence, German authorities have taken steps to counter the spread of extremist ideologies and prevent acts of violence. Measures such as increased surveillance of far-right groups, stricter laws against hate speech, and efforts to promote tolerance and diversity have been put in place to combat the rise of extremism in the country.
Ultimately, the resurgence of the far right in Germany is a complex phenomenon that stems from a combination of factors, including immigration, political disillusionment, and national identity. It is crucial for German authorities and civil society to address these underlying issues and work towards building a more inclusive and tolerant society that rejects the toxic ideologies of the far right. Only through collective action and a commitment to democratic values can Germany overcome the challenges posed by the resurgence of far-right extremism.
I swear to you radical left anything moderate or centre right is "far right".
From this video it is clear that AFD is not a radical ultra right party . It is just a right wing party cares of Germany interest . And calling for reasonable policies to be applied .
If I were a German citizen I would vote for them .
Every weekend there are massive protests against the right political spectrum and the AfD. AfD will never rise to power, more than half of the people are strongly opposed to that!
Most people, me included, vote for them because of the replacement-migration that is happening here and all over Europe. They are the only ones addressing it in Germany.
We are so back

Okay, this is getting to pure propaganda levels.
Can somebody explain to me that demanding to be not starved for energy resources is suddenly open support for Putin?
Are we that bipartisan that we can't even have a discussion about the needs of the people and suddenly not following the mainstream is equal to treason?
This channel is a joke
Should have said east Germany.
Germany is rising up. Praise God!
Another anglo talking about the problems everywhere else, instead of looking the mirror.
not factual at all thats just basic media information
Those who want peace and stability in Europe are going to vote for them.
That fascists in Germany will never get a majority. We are showing it right now by having the biggest movement against nationalism in German history.
Well, I understand that AFD wants what is best for Germany and its people, and this best doesn't necessarily coincides with what is best for the US foreign policy. And AFD's idea of deporting illegal economic migrants, who pretend to be refugees, sounds like something the US should do as well.
As a German I think no-one should be concerned for Germany to leave the EU. You may think whatever you want about the AFD but there is no way that they will lead Germany out of the EU. Although they incorporated the DE-EXIT into their party program they don't promote it in their election campaigns at all. Because they know that the large majority of people in Germany want's to stay and views the EU as beneficial! Additionally, no other party has any position close to that and the possibility that the AFD is gonna have the parliament majority on it's own after an election is not gonna happen I think.
So looks like you are all trapped with us guys♥
