Govt has introduced three ways to exchange Prize Bonds Of Rs7500 and Rs15000.
1. Exchange with National Saving Certificates. Prize Bonds Of Rs7500 and Rs15000 can be exchanged with Special Saving Certificate and Defence Saving Certificate of National Saving Centre.
2- Exchange with Premium Prize Bonds. Prize Bonds Of Rs7500 and Rs15000 can be exchanged with Premium Prize Bonds of Rs25000 and Rs40,000.
Yet no Premium Bonds of same denomination of Prize Bonds Of Rs7500 and Rs15000 have been issued that’s why it has been asked to to exchange these bonds to exchange with Rs25000 and Rs40,000 Bonds.
3- Deposit into Bank Account.
You can deposit your Prize Bonds Of Rs7500 and Rs15000 into your any commercial bank checking accounts and your bank will collect these bonds from State Bank, National Saving, National Bank of Pakistan, Habib Bank Ltd, United Bank Ltd, Muslim Commercial Bank, Allied Bank Ltd and Bank AL Falah ltd.
The best services among all these 6 commercial banks is of Bank AL falah ltd.
Mostly these banks refuse to do collection of your bonds as they avoid it because they dont want to increase their work load as they are already over burden.
Its not a suitable time to go to branches and ask for Prize Bonds Of Rs7500 and Rs15000 exchange. Its due to short Ramzan Timing of Banks due to Ramzan and Covid-19 prevailing situation in the country.
