   Everyone keeps talking about how Musk should’ve just bought out Boston Dynamics, but I think the Honda ASIMO project would’ve been a much better buy instead. Honda announced they were retiring the project in 2018 to focus on some other form of robotics instead. They are probably sitting on a treasure trove of patents, designs, and prototypes that could have proven useful for Musk. I think Honda would have taken a look at a monetary offer if it was presented instead of just retiring the project. Plus, Honda as a whole has a smaller market cap than Boston Dynamics.

   There could have even been a deal made that Tesla would buy out the Honda robotics division in exchange for Honda having access to Tesla EV technology that Honda is in need of as they transition to EVs.

   The name of the robot feels like he might actual create a robot that turns into a motorcycle or car in the future. No more cars needed.

   What if Musk YOLOS and just buys out Boston Dynamics. That’s why he is backing out of Twitter deal.
