    Fellow Marine here… working for our VA now. When I change my TSP % I can’t figure out when in takes effect. It seems it took like 2 weeks to change in my paychecks.

Like FHA or something could you electorate more on the perks of building a large sum amount. (Like your friend E-5 who bought that million dollar multi unit) by accumulating money and gambling,
