About IRA Financial:

IRA Financial Group was founded by Adam Bergman, a former tax and ERISA attorney who worked at some of the largest law firms. During his years of practice, he noticed that many of his clients were not even aware that they can use an IRA or 401(K) plan to make alternative asset investments, such as real estate. He created IRA Financial to help educate retirement account holders about the benefits of self-directed retirement plan solutions.

When forming an LLC owned by a Solo 401k, is the need for special purpose, retirement plan related language required to be included in the operating agreement, just as this need exists for SDIRA LLC's?

Hi, if the IRA LLC incurs UBTI due to UDFI (the syndication LLC borrowed money to acquire the real estate),
    1. when does this IRA LLC tax needs to be paid?
    2. Each year or when the asset is sold?
2.1 What needs to happen if the tax is was not paid for past years?
    3. Is the info required to file on the K-1 / 1065 partnership form the IRA LLC receives?
    4. Which IRS form would the IRA LLC need to file?

Great video. Thank You. I have a 401k at an old employment. I was wondering how to move it and save the most money from taxes while investing in a new E- Commerce business as well as some real estate and metals?
