Dude had an outstanding warrant for his arrest. It was a misdemeanor gun charge that he didnt appear for. He knew he was going to get arrested and decided to fight the cops. It's as clear as day that the officer was saying tazer multiple times. Sounds to me like it was indeed an accidental shooting. The gun and taser have the same feel when in the holster. The lady has been a police officer for 26 years and up to this point in her career, she had no prior incidents like this. She even said on the tape "Oh Shit, I shot him!!!". If she would have denied doing this then I can understand people getting pissed off. But she owned up to it IMMEDIATELY. All signs point to an accidental shooting. That's my thoughts. I have an old university friend who has been active in Minnesota politics for years. He's a GOP operative. He told me that the biggest problem Minnesota has is that its state GOP is absolutely useless. They gave up about 15 years ago and have been selling the same failed ideas, the same garbage that nobody wants. Whereas some state GOPs like in Florida managed to get it together and were able to solidify control over narrowly-divided states, the Minnesota GOP finds ways to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory again and again.
