Changes to Expect in 2023 and How Can We Prepare

The start of a new year always brings about a sense of excitement and anticipation for the future. As we leave behind the challenges and uncertainties of the previous year, it is only natural to wonder what changes lie ahead and how we can best prepare for them. With 2023 just around the corner, let’s take a look at some of the changes we can expect and outline ways in which we can ready ourselves for these transformations.

1. Technological Advancements:
It is no secret that technology is rapidly advancing, and this trend is unlikely to slow down in 2023. We can expect to see new breakthroughs in areas such as artificial intelligence, automation, and the Internet of Things. To prepare, it is crucial to stay updated with the latest technological advancements by reading industry publications, attending conferences, and taking courses or training programs. Embracing digital literacy is vital in order to adapt to the changing professional landscape.

2. Shifts in the Job Market:
The job market is constantly evolving, and 2023 is expected to bring certain shifts in employment trends. As automation continues to replace routine tasks, jobs that require creativity, critical thinking, and emotional intelligence will be in higher demand. This emphasizes the importance of acquiring and honing these skills. Additionally, the gig economy is expected to expand even further, and self-employment may become a more common option. Building a strong network, developing a personal brand, and cultivating adaptability will be key to navigating these changes successfully.

3. Sustainable Initiatives:
As climate change continues to be a pressing global concern, we can anticipate an increased focus on sustainability in 2023. This will be reflected in policy changes, corporate social responsibility efforts, and consumer demand for eco-friendly products and services. Educating ourselves about sustainable practices, adopting environmentally friendly habits, and supporting businesses and organizations that prioritize sustainability will all contribute to a more responsible and sustainable future.

4. Changes in Education:
The education sector is also undergoing significant changes. Traditional classroom settings are being supplemented with online learning platforms, and remote or hybrid models of education are becoming more prevalent. Lifelong learning has become a necessity, and the ability to adapt to new technologies and acquire new knowledge and skills will greatly impact our personal and professional growth. It is important to embrace a growth mindset, seek out opportunities for continuing education, and foster a love for learning in ourselves and our children.

5. Mental Health Awareness:
In recent years, there has been a growing recognition of the importance of mental health and well-being. This trend is expected to continue in 2023, with more focus on destigmatizing mental health issues, increasing access to mental health services, and integrating well-being practices into our daily lives. Prioritizing self-care, seeking support when needed, and promoting open conversations about mental health are all ways we can prepare for this ongoing shift.

In conclusion, the coming year holds various changes and transformations that will shape our personal and professional lives. By staying informed, embracing technology, developing key skills, fostering sustainability, prioritizing education, and nurturing our mental well-being, we can prepare ourselves for the changes that lie ahead. Remember, change is the only constant, and it is our ability to adapt and grow that will allow us to thrive in the years to come.

If all people knew about the coming food famine, they’d have already been going after all the food that shows up.

Now don’t forget that in the US at least, so many food producers and manufacturers have gone up in smoke.

In the UK before coal, communities coppiced the woodland. 20 areas were chopped and planted in rotation to supply timber for the community. The trees chopped and pulled were always 20 years old, so similar size logs. This is how the cast iron stove was sized.
This still happens in the US North West. The resultant CO2 emissions of burning the timber 'should' be absorbed by the growing 19 areas of woodland. Therefore, CO2 neutral.
What's more, the firewood was FREE. Gratuities welcome 🙂
    What's to dislike?

So their banning vehicles run on fuel to cut back on pollution, but now forcing people to burn wood. Burning wood is very polluting. Here in TN many people burn wood for heat and its very polluting.

Homes also need to be well insulated, double what they are for today's standard. This coupled with better windows, doors an.d seals around these two and all holes cut, drilled through walls, everything sealed tight. Radiant reflective barriers for all exterior walls and roofs will slash incoming heat from the outside and applied to the inside can prevent the heat from being absorbed by the wall and ceiling. Making the home less dependent on the heating and cooling costs. Geothermal could also be implemented in many different applications, yes, the cost is fairly high, but the dividends pay off in the long run.

I have been trying to get people to think about the eruption, being most do erupt on land and this one was what, 30% land and 70% underwater? I expect a change in the weather, an article I read stated that water vapor will linger longer up in the atmosphere compared to land based eruptions where the particulates only last for a year or two. I have been listening and warning others for 4 years, most do not think it will happen, but those who can see and have reasoning understand.

Thank you kindly David, and a very Blessed and peaceful new year to all. I note Israel is the largest supplier of Bromine to the global market. Is this the same component as Bromide given to the armed forces to suppress their sexual desires? Who else is getting this stuff?

Remember or be aware That you won't be saved by isolating and shunning your neighbors , guns can not protect you from the judgment . Having said all that I believe in self defense , though personally I have no weapons , I have love , faith and hope and enough food and seeds for my neighbors , though we may have to eat a few worms and find acorns . love is my weapon and I will not lose my soul , I'll give my soul … Love , Frank

Nothing wrong with wood. It grows all around where i live.i only harvest dead or diseased trees. Ash goes in the garden. Sounds pretty environmentaly sound to me.at least in rural areas.

"SHOWTIME" is right. When they outlaw woodstoves we'll become criminals and criminals are dangerous.

  28. Hyunkel

Way I see this and I could be wrong on my assesment.

When the cycle of the Younger Dryas repeat not much will be left.

We might be looking at less than one million survivor globaly.

Edgar Cayce gave us a glimpse of the new world map.

And if we consider a crustal displacement event we are talking about hardest time we will ever have.

The Deep Underground City complex for some people might save a few millions and help save part of our technologies. But at this point we are talking about a Breakaway civilisation and basicaly we are not part of it.

If we are talking about Solar Proton Event on the scale of what caused the black mat and inspired the petroglyph. The amount of radiation we are looking at will force the survivor underground for decades if not hundreds of years.

What I'm saying is unless you are able to prepare using corporation ressources or Government ressources… it wont be enough.

Its supposed to be one of the hardest time humanity will face.

Let's hope those of us feeling the inbound storm are wrong.

PS: If Robert Schoch analysis is correct , we need to go underground when the event start. Old cavern or mines. Beware if those place are prone to flooding.

  29. Ana Trejos

Humanity never planted trees now where are they going to get wood?
Ahh we will not have governments they are all trying to cancel themselves out. Again they can control all resources who has money to buy it?

  30. Ana Trejos

Dave I believe they've already done that in some countries they have outlawed the burning of wood I saw that about a month ago

  32. Andrew Baron

Our fertilizer industry came from the w a r
    Industry when the fighting stopped
Now the fighting is ramping up so farming is put on the back burner yet again the fertilizers are main ingredients for the w e a p ons of w a r

I used my last tissue about 2 months ago. I cut up some 10 inch squares of old, soft tshirts (husbands of course lol) . Put a decorative edge and bingo! Reusable tissues! Remember… Back in the day everyone used a "hanky". Easy to sanitize in washer and dryer.
