Hey Mike! GREAT content! I started my Roth at 30 and have been contributing the max over the last 3 years. I’ve got schd, Microsoft, O, and STOR. Im generally biased toward income investing and recently started thinking of selling the gains from Microsoft and just going all in on REiTs in my Roth. I know it’s generally better to diversify a little more (I’m working on that in my non Roth portfolio) but is there anything wrong with going all reits in the Roth? Thanks for providing such great valuable content!

If you plugged in SCHD’s numbers, you’d have 7 million in total balance with 2 million in annual dividends
If somebody has a dividend etf that’s only getting 3% yield with 3% growth, AND they keep that same crappy etf for 30 years, they deserve those crappy returns.
