J: remember when the federal government stepped in and bailed out big banks that were deemed too big to fail in 2008

B: yeah

J: this is a bank Bailout

K: yeah, I asked about a bank bail-in

J: is where a bank will use money from unsecured creditors including its own depositors and bond holders to “save their bank.”
so if you are high rolling in lots of cash, dont keep more than $250,000 in each bank

J: frankly, it shady, and wrong and companies ought to do and be better
