Yeah, exercise to work off the shaken vodka martinis and all the gourmet foods. Some people advice men NOT to try to be Bond, because his stories are more for men, but this video is a morsel of food for thought. Building a James Bond persona does sound like fun.

Regarding the 4th chapter – James Bond is an incredibly complicated character. Hell, the Fleming novels pretty much establish him as being the modern texbook example of what a Byronic hero is.
Good video, but the women part is lacking some information. Treating women ONLY with respect is not enough, you must know when to stop bullshit and be assertive.
