    Unfortunately my employer only allows 457 for executive management and highest paid 7%, so super savers are out of luck. I'll just have to stick with roth 403b only.

    Yep, I contributed to both a 457 and a 401 at the same time for many years at my one employer.

    I work for the government and both my 457b and 401k will be maxed this year for a total of $39,000.00

  4. Ah Umm

    The only bad news I was only told was that I could not perform an "in house" transfer if I wanted to put 457 money into my ROTH! So I still have about 10 years to plan that out. Until then Ive putting money into both but like how I used to be paying off debt!
