Kris how do i become part of your team and get help for the real estate investment strategy you used?

I withdrew my teacher retirement to put down for a new house. I paid the 20% to withdraw it and the IRS wants another 10% when I am doing my taxes. I was under the impression that I wouldn't have to pay the 10% if it was for a downpayment for a house. Do you know anything about this? Thanks

    Terrible advice.
Lots of risk and doesn't cash flow, as you are still paying on the debt. High hassle factor also.

Great enthusiam and confidence. Not clear on accessing the retirement account portion ( borrowing or withdrawing) and there is a mysterious reference to buying a house with built in equity ….or otherwords…less than market value. Can you explairn this in more detail or is this the "curiosity" to attend your workshop/semiars?
Othewise good job on the content!

Great advice. Folks should be thinking strategically for OURselves & not solely rely on a fund manager to decide the directions of OUR lives.
