Is the spouse eligible for Roth IRA if spouse is a resident alien without SSN and only has an ITIN? If yes, is the kid eligible for a custodial Roth IRA?

The fund for the spouse should come out of the business account directly or our personal account??

    Hi,
Thanks for teaching us, but I maybe watch this too late.

Does spousal Roth IRA only work for a non-working spouse? I used to be a housewife, but I have a job in a small company. I don’t have any retirement plan. My husband has 401K and Our total income is over the Roth IRA. Can I still open a Roth IRA? Hope you can see this comment. Thank you!

I am suspecting something isn't right about my husband. I needed to access to his phone, He has changed for the past few days, in terms of not being free dropping his phone around. I came in contact with an hacker on instagram @redhackpro He explained how he would grant me access to my partner’s phone without any suspicious activities. I was able to spy on my husband phone remotely with the help of Redhackpro. I would like to convert my traditional 401k to a roth 401k (take advantage of recent market losses to reduce taxes paid for conversion) however i am about to change companies. Would i be better off rolling my 401k to the roth 401k then doing a straight roth 401k to roth ira conversion or moving from 401k to ira then do a traditional ira to roth ira conversion?

Do the Roth accounts have to be separate or are they able to be combined into one account?

My wife does not work outside of the house and does not have a ROTH. I am still working and will be for another 2-3 years. I am aware money can still be contributed to her account as long as I work. She is 67 and wondering if it is worth it to open one this late? We can both max each account out.

I have a TSP retirement account sponsored by my employer. Within my TSP, I have a Roth account. My wife has a 401k account sponsored by her employer. We make less than $200k/yr.

Can she open a Roth 401k account within her employer?

In addition, i was wondering if Can we both open an Educational IRA or similar plan for our children?
