Went to their website. This is run by an entrepreneur on the island charging excessive amount of fees and commission. Buyers agent fee is 5%? What are you smoking? I live in NYC and an agent gets 2.5% or lower. If the seller doesn't pay the commission then the buyer becomes liable for the fee???? Are you out of your mind?

The video didn't mention anything about Show of Income of $2,000 a month. If I am retired at 45 and I have my nice retirement account which I can't access until 59 1/2 but have a $100K cash will this be OK to be qualified? Or do I need to earn at least $2000 a month?
