Dave Landau SLAMS Steven Crowder in Interview with Michael Malice
In a recent interview with political commentator Michael Malice, comedian Dave Landau delivered some scathing remarks aimed at conservative pundit and comedian Steven Crowder. Landau, known for his sharp wit and unapologetic approach, did not hold back as he dissected Crowder’s comedic style and political agenda.
During the interview, Landau criticized Crowder for what he perceived as a lack of nuance and reliance on cheap laughs. He argued that Crowder’s brand of comedy often relies on stereotypes and mocking others without offering any substantial analysis of the topics he tackles. Landau, on the other hand, prides himself on delivering comedy that challenges conventional thinking and encourages critical thought.
Landau further questioned Crowder’s credibility as a political commentator, claiming that he simply regurgitates popular right-wing talking points without providing any original insights. He accused Crowder of pandering to his audience and manufacturing controversy for the sake of gaining attention and viewership, rather than genuinely engaging in thoughtful discussions about important issues.
In contrast, Landau emphasized his own commitment to research and intellectual honesty, stating that he puts in the effort to fully understand a topic before commenting on it. He asserted that comedy can be a powerful tool for exploring complex ideas and challenging societal norms, and that comedians have a responsibility to utilize their platforms responsibly.
Landau’s remarks garnered attention from both sides of the political spectrum, with supporters applauding his honesty and critics accusing him of sour grapes and jealousy. However, Landau remained firm in his position, asserting that his intention was not to tear down Crowder personally, but rather to shed light on what he sees as problematic aspects of his comedy and commentary.
The interview with Michael Malice served as a platform for Landau to express his concerns openly and engage in a frank discussion about the role of comedians in political discourse. Landau’s bold stance will undoubtedly spur further debate within the comedy community, as well as among audiences who consume political and satirical content.
Regardless of one’s opinion on the matter, Dave Landau’s comments have ignited conversations about the responsibilities of comedians and the impact of political satire. In an era marked by increasingly polarized political climates, it is crucial to critically examine the content we consume and the intentions behind it, challenging both comedians and ourselves to go beyond mere entertainment and engage in thoughtful, nuanced discussions.
Hey look… i believe dave,,, and i love dave,, as well as steven,, i believe the main thing missing is they both ….and seemingly because of crowders pressures… forgot their friendship vs business…and truly, that lands on Steven…
That explains a lot for someone who has a career doing something as important as" review videos," which is really just some dufus who fairly arrogantly assumes that even though somehow THEY understood someone ELSES material, the rest of the world just arent able to as well. My point is that if you consider someone being 5 minutes late as , punctual, then it really underscores how out of touch with responsibility you are. Late is late. If you are supposed to be at work BY 7a.m. and you get to work 7:05, you are late, period and it is lazy, irresponsible, selfish, immature…etc.
In the words of Oliver Anthony, “ain’t it a damn shame” their relationship didn’t work out
Oh great, let’s go cover internet Drama. I am no fan of Crowder either but this isn’t worth covering as a third party. Now I am going to see what Brandi Love is up to.
Watched him regularly since 2015. He was a local to me, and was a young conservative-libertarian, which was rare for that time on a YouTube. After I saw him shouting at his pregnant wife, I stopped watching. My wife was equally as pregnant at the same time. He talks about being virtuous, and being a good man of God and gets a divorce, he’s a hippocrite, he is only in it for money, he uses conservative buzz words and talking point to generate attention.

He talks about people not self reflecting and seeing the problem. Well… a Greek tragedy has been written.
I'm new to all of this, I like that there's still some people who can call things like they are and not just side with one side or another on everything. I also agreed with Crowder with the DW stuff, and if this stuff is all true then I'd be against Crowder on these issues.
Still don't hate any of them and just hope better with and for all of them
Given the NDA leak and mass departure this week, I'm thinking Dave left a bit out to avoid starting more of a fight with Crowder, who honestly is sounding like a complete psycho. I watched LWC, and none of this is hard to believe.
Dave is a huge part of what made Crowder good. It’s too bad they did him wrong. He’s a very talented man and will do well.
Lauren, you are very enjoyable to watch/listen to as you have a nice voice.
I am a conservative, but its clear Steven crowder is a narcissist. I believe Dave 100%.
Louder with Lauren! Tell it like it is.
It really only confirmed my opinions about Steven. As a believer it hurts my soul to see someone claim Christ is in their heart but be so obviously toxic and uncaring towards people close to him. Hopefully when he hits rock bottom he has a change of heart and gets forgiven by all the people he hurt.
Shut up. I just want to here Dave's story. I hate it when YOU HAVE A VIDEO yet your too stupid to just play it. Instead you waste time by saying what happened IN THE VIDEO!!!!!!!!
Clownder is a homosexual. Come out your closet ..
I'm sorry, you're not punctual if you're 5 minutes late. You're late.. by 5 minutes. Although Dave was awesome and Crowder comes across as a real douch
Frankly, the show is better off without Dave. Interesting guy, but he didn't fit the style of the show in the slightest. Of course, this had to happen when I had already given up on Louder With Crowder ever being enjoyable again.
Steven crowder basically called the the daily wire contract a slave contract. It seems that he is the one hiring people with slave contracts. Such a narcissistic hypocrite
What do you think about anal sex?
I use to respect Dave landau but its clearly he is lying because I remember numerous of times they would plug his show
Crowder was always trash. People are blind. He was and is total garbage to his wife. That says a lot. Open eyes can see how bad he is. Just cause a person can act don't make him a good person.
Landau always came off to me as the personality type who would act like your friend and then backstab you when you were vulnerable as long as people hated you enough for him to get away with it. I’m speaking anecdotally here, but something about him always set off red flags for me. I saw this coming, and given how he looks to me I can’t help but feel he’s just really manipulative. He’s in the easiest position to make himself look good and Crowder look like shit.
Crowder wanted Dave’s to stop being a stand up comedian or only with him and to own all his content. That could of been Dave’s primary source of income. Crowder also wanted Dave to do his own Friday for nothing. The fact that he had to start whenever they started doing rehearsal and wasn’t allowed in was bullshit and if he was 5 minutes late to just go home without pay. The rehearsal and the light showed how insecure crowder was in his own performance.
Steven Crowder is just a male diva Ellen DeGeneres
