The Crypto IRA Page at Directed IRA:

Tax attorneys and founders of Directed IRA, Mat Sorensen and Mark J. Kohler, explain what a self-directed IRA is, what assets your IRA and other retirement accounts can invest into, and how you can save on taxes by utilizing them. Your IRA and other retirement accounts can be invested into non-publicly traded assets like rental real estate, property flips, secured and unsecured notes, small businesses and LLCs, private real estate and hedge funds, and private equity and venture capital investments and funds. A self-directed IRA can also own cryptocurrency and precious metals.

I started buying a little crypto and stock on a mobile app.I thought…even though I'm retired I wondered could I put these in a Roth Ira.The answer so far has been no.Because my income is from a pension and social. It has to be from earned income and even though I contributed to this retirement plan,it is not "earned income".Could you make a video on that.TIA.

Could you link me to one of your videos that discusses more detail about using your ROTH IRA account to open or invest in an LLC, which then has or starts a partnership to invest and then those gains go back into your ROTH please? I'm a little confused about that part and couldn't make out one of the words he was saying in the video.
Or if there isn't a video on that topic yet, could you make one please? Thank you!
