Divorce and Your Retirement Savings

Cordell & Cordell’s virtual town hall provides an overview of the total impact that divorce can have on your retirement savings and what you can do to help ensure your accounts are preserved as much as possible.

Managing/Executive Partner, CEO Scott Trout moderates the discussion of a panel of national divorce attorneys featuring Melissa Taylor, Zacchary Sayer, Cara Phillips, and Chris Randle. The roundtable discussion breaks down military and VA retirement accounts; the difference between the various retirement accounts such as 401(k)s, pensions, and IRAs and how divorce affects each of them; the QDRO process, and more.

If you are concerned about how divorce might impact your retirement savings, get in touch with a Cordell & Cordell divorce attorney.
