    Adam, how can we define the value of my Trad. IRA if I invest in real estate syndicates that are large apartment complexes?
    The custodian wants to know the IRA value at the end of each year for IRS reporting, but not sure if an estimate is fine or not.
    I am not 59 1/2 and hence there is no RMD requirement.
    Thanks again for imparting knowledge and guidance.
