If Cal wants to do this podcast more easily, you guys could replace the deep dive with reacting to an interesting New Yorker Article.

I've started a Slack channel for like-minded Deep Lifers to inspire and help each other. Unfortunately, YouTube won't allow me to post the link. If anyone knows a good way to get around this please let me know.

19:09 Kind of like how you don't necessarily get more work done on less sleep. That added rest time results in higher quality, higher energy work, thus making you MORE productive with that lower amount of time, not less… Rest is vitally important, should be common sense…

Zen habits and becoming minimalist were really good resources. Also the minimalists (for a while at least). As a geriatric millennial I love old school minimalism/simple living internet culture. These days I find a lot of the newer content a bit obnoxious, and hard to relate to unfortunately.

I wish cal wouldnt move away from the student advice. I found call through his student advice and now am I'm in grad school. I think he would get lot a long and dedicated followers if he still does some questions for students.
