    Hey Quill, maybe lower local autonomy in your main area, it will boost your economy. Also, there are several estates to boost gov capacity 100 each.

    It's costly to remove bur also pretty expensive to have, Elite Regiments. That's why I never use it, the benefit is not that great. Especialy if you are more or less at war all the time and don't have the time to drill.

    if you still control the province and dock in it I don't think you take amphibious penalty. Just have to be able to get there in time…
