In Utah I recently found out that they don't automatically do an autopsy unless the family pays for it. Someone I know who's husband died in the middle of the night didn't get an autopsy because she couldn't afford it. He was young (40) and had no known health issues, and wasn't under the care of a doctor or sick. We were all flabbergasted. How many people get away with murder because of that?
