    @ 2:53 Mutual Fund Window is obscenely expensive: ($95+$55=) $150 in annual fees plus $28.75 per trade. MFW created in part to retain the billions of TSP dollars retirees move out to IRAs but with those exorbitant fees will not entice retirees to stay with TSP as they can simply invest elsewhere and avoid those fees.
