I highly recommend for those that can do this to buy 2,500 gal potable water tank for those that don't know what potable means that is designed for water and a 60 PSI on-demand water pump that runs off 12 v and by a solar panel to hook to that 12-volt battery and you'll have water for a long time specially if you could conserve it. I hook it to my house water lines at the water heater with a valve the system hooked my whole house you can literally take showers with this as there's so much pressure ..that said the pump came from Northern tools,. as well as the control panel and wherever you get the solar panel that's up to you I will say this harbor freights control panels does not seem to handle high amperage batteries I only say that because when I bought the control panel from harbor freight it burned out as soon as I hooked it up to a marine cell battery very well that's why I said yes going with Northern supply control panel and the 2500 gallon water tank can be ordered online I bought mine was $1,000 remember if you're serious about this and you have the money. you had this hooked to your house. as long as you check your toilets make sure they're not leaking you can have water for months I have a generator and when that tank gets low I'll simply hook it to the well and fill it back up my generator is not large enough to have it hooked to the the well all the time plus refrigerators and lights so and having my fridgerator run also remember if you can't afford non-ethanol fuel put seafoam in your fuel and I suggest you start stocking up on fuel right now also personally I have a ton of 50 gallon barrels I will be using to fill with gas to of that.
