Too bad I don’t sell gas, own a house, or have a low interest rate mortgage.

    Instead I own stocks ![img](emote|t5_2th52|4260)

Eh S&P500 is up 35% between 2017 and today, pretty average, certainly not bad.

Housing rose 50k Hahahahahahah HAHAHAHAHAHAHA a double wide in Tampa sold for 60k in 2016 peak price 360k. Currently on the market for 90+ days at 150k. It’s still a 60k home. Home prices rose 100% or more here. My house was bought 399k in 2017. Got a bank offer for 700k last month, down 50k from January’s offer.

Stocks have been hitting all time highs over the past few years…

Housing price went from 150k for a slum to $250k for a slum in parts of Florida because of all the northerners and remote workers fleeing oppression.

2020 to 2022, same crappy house, now costs $100k more? Lots of investors buying a home I wouldn’t rent for a grand, for amounts where they’d need to charge two grand to keep afloat.
