Too bad I don’t sell gas, own a house, or have a low interest rate mortgage.
Instead I own stocks ![img](emote|t5_2th52|4260)
50k in 4 years. Lmao
Eh S&P500 is up 35% between 2017 and today, pretty average, certainly not bad.
Now do wages.

One of these squares is forward looking, the others are not
Housing rose 50k Hahahahahahah HAHAHAHAHAHAHA a double wide in Tampa sold for 60k in 2016 peak price 360k. Currently on the market for 90+ days at 150k. It’s still a 60k home. Home prices rose 100% or more here. My house was bought 399k in 2017. Got a bank offer for 700k last month, down 50k from January’s offer.
inflation. hate it.
Stocks have been hitting all time highs over the past few years…
Housing price went from 150k for a slum to $250k for a slum in parts of Florida because of all the northerners and remote workers fleeing oppression.
2020 to 2022, same crappy house, now costs $100k more? Lots of investors buying a home I wouldn’t rent for a grand, for amounts where they’d need to charge two grand to keep afloat.
Anyone else here throw 10k into I bonds in your and your underage child’s name just to see 6% return over the next year?
Prices at Wendys? Up or down?
Just buy puts, you’ll love seeing red on your watch list.
Just swap your calls for puts.. problem solved
Lol housing is crashing hard. Tell her to chill and stop cherry picking.
