If you’re a fan of pumpkin spice lattes, then you’re going to love this healthy and delicious breakfast recipe. Pumpkin spice latte overnight oats are the perfect way to start your day with a satisfying and flavorful meal that will keep you full until lunchtime.
Overnight oats are a great option for busy mornings when you don’t have time to prepare a hot breakfast. Simply mix together the ingredients the night before, let them sit in the refrigerator overnight, and wake up to a ready-to-eat meal that you can grab and go.
To make pumpkin spice latte overnight oats, you’ll need the following ingredients:
– 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
– 1/2 cup almond milk (or your preferred milk)
– 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
– 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
– 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
– 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1/4 cup strong coffee or espresso
To prepare the oats, simply mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl and transfer them to a jar or container with a lid. Let the oats sit in the refrigerator overnight, and in the morning, you’ll have a delicious and healthy breakfast waiting for you.
The pumpkin puree adds a creamy texture and natural sweetness to the oats, while the pumpkin pie spice and coffee give them the familiar flavors of a pumpkin spice latte. The oats are also packed with fiber, protein, and nutrients, making them a nutritious and filling breakfast option.
You can top your pumpkin spice latte overnight oats with additional toppings like chopped nuts, pumpkin seeds, or a dollop of Greek yogurt for added protein and texture. You can also customize the sweetness of the oats to your liking by adjusting the amount of maple syrup or honey.
With just a few simple ingredients and a little bit of prep time, you can enjoy a delicious and healthy breakfast that tastes just like your favorite fall drink. Whether you’re a pumpkin spice latte lover or just looking for a new and tasty breakfast option, give these overnight oats a try and start your day off right.
