If you put in 100K and your current portfolio shows 155K, then that's a gain of 55K. So I don't understand how you lost money since your initial investment?

Amazing video, A friend of mine referred me to a financial adviser sometime ago and we got talking about investment and money. I started investing with $120k and in the first 2 months , my portfolio was reading $274,800. Crazy right!, I decided to reinvest my profit and gets more interesting. For over a year we have been working together making consistent profit just bought my second home 2 weeks ago and care for my family.

anybody who can admit they are a hypocrite or gave advice they did not follow through on themselves deserves a sub.

Hey Marko! If you were to invest money into high yielded ETFs for a house down the road 3-5yrs out. Should that be in a Taxable account (assuming those ETFs are not qualified dividends).

Buy some Safemoon Inu. Safemoon Inu is the best mathematics crypto investment for this year and next year too.

@12:31 you are right Marco i learned a big lesson to not invest in tom dick harry stocks recommended by some YouTubers( esp the Cathywood stocks ) and stick to index funds

With all the madness going on and the economic fallout from Putins war, its a crazy year to retire if you ask me. My condolences to anyone like myself retiring this year. 30years of nonstop work just to have a crooked system swallow all your earnings

The Market has been pretty bad until today it decided to surge. Everybody was Practically Crying then. It kept dipping. That's what you get when you feel you can navigate the process on your own. Big thank to Hilder Ferguson. I'm not bothered with how bad the Market is because my assests are insured due to her advice and I still receive my profits

  12. Boban Petrevski

I want to ask you that if I do not have that much money, for example I have to invest $ 100 every month, what would be the smartest thing for you in etfs? thank you very much

I’m desperate to preserve and grow my portfolio of $600,000, What investment approach should I take to create a comprehensive portfolio allocation that balances my concerns of risk aversion and returns that meet yearly inflation

  17. Felix Vargas Jr

I believe putting money in an investment that you will spend for a purchase is actually better than a savings. Put it in spy or vti or dividend etfs

Bruh did you call it the beer sickness

I agree with that advice for Lesson #2. There is a way to grow your savings while you wait to make a purchase like housing but you gotta put it at least 5 years into the future!

Loving all the videos. Thanks for the advice. I'm sure other people have done it but I'd love to see a video with math on EV vs ICE vehicles. All the best.

  27. Aurora

I'm 34 and have about $100K to invest. I have been telling myself for years to do the needful: open a brokerage account, buy ETFs or whatever, just play it safe. My past five or six New Year's resolutions have included this. Yet I just can't make myself do it, for some reason. I think it's time to admit that I'll never be a smart, thrifty, DIY investor, like all millennials are supposed to be

  28. MrBigBoy4Life

Hey Marko, That inset picture to the video looks like my girlfriend trying to describe me to her female friend!

  29. Keto Man

Super news on the NP pass for your wife. Great news from every point of view. Now, about your income portfolio. I noticed over time the growth and that would only be possible from deposits for new investments. So, my questions are: 1. Do you mind sharing your current portfolio with weighting? 2. Can you explain your options that you might be using such as covered calls or strangles? 3. When you select your next purchase or you select a stock to unload perhaps to buy the next one that looks better, what are the top 3 criteria that you might use such as ROE or Payout Ratio? Thanks for the super videos.

if the average person got 500-1500 a month in dividends you are way ahead of the curve. if you can make 35-45k in retirement and have little to no debt you can make it.
